What grades are eligible to join RWC?

Scholastic wrestlers in grades 7-12 are eligible to join RWC.
What times are practices?
- Monday & Thursday practices 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday practices 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Where are practices held?

Practices are held at the Boardman Field House at 5898, 7777 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44512.
Can parents and guardians attend practice?

One parent or guardian may attend youth sessions. All other sessions are restricted to the facilitators and wrestlers.
What equipment should wrestlers bring?

Dress attire: Short or long sleeve shirts, shorts, or sweatpants. No rubber suits allowed.

Equipment: Headgear, wrestling shoes, singlets (optional).

Food and beverage: Water bottle and snacks are permitted. Wrestlers are responsible for properly disposing of food waste.
